A family requires assistance in locating a 15-year-old girl who was last seen in west Houston. Phoebe Ghabriel was last seen walking southbound in the 1330 block of Afton Street at approximately 111:15 p.m.
on Sunday, according to authorities. She was attired in a white tank top, black leggings, gold necklaces, hoop earrings, and white Crocs. She possesses long brown hair.
Phoebe has a weight of 110 pounds and is 5’1″ in height. During the hours of 11:15 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., the Ghabriel family requests that anyone with video surveillance near Afton Street or Janet Street review their footage.
