GoFundMe Launched to Celebrate Life of Joseph ‘Joey’ Dorminey, Victim of Fatal Little Caesars Shooting in Lee County; Community Rallies Around Family
A GoFundMe page has been launched to celebrate the life of Joseph “Joey” Dorminey, the victim of a fatal shooting at a Little Caesars in Lee County, Georgia, on Friday, May 3. The page was created by Anthony King, a close friend of Dorminey, with the goal of raising $8,000 to help defray the costs of a celebration of life and support Dorminey’s family, particularly his sister.
As of May 5, the GoFundMe page has already raised $3,620, with donations pouring in from friends, family, and community members who were touched by Joey’s life.
