Girl killed in Slaney Park in Baltinglass Accident in Co Wicklow, Man Arrested: She was traveling in a car that was involved in an accident in County Wicklow, which resulted in the death of a young woman.
Around five minutes before five o’clock on Sunday morning, the event took place at Slaney Park in Baltinglass.
According to the Gardaí, the passenger of the vehicle, a young woman in her teens, was tragically pronounced dead. There was no further report of major injuries sustained by individuals.
The individual who was driving the vehicle, a young man in his teens, was taken into custody on suspicion of committing violations of the Road Traffic Act. In accordance with the terms of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984, he was being held at a Garda station in the county of Wicklow.
