Johnny Weeks Death, Remembering A Life Of Service And Passion

The community of Eastman, Georgia, is in mourning over the loss of this cherished character. These three qualities characterized Johnny completely.

Johnny was born and reared in Eastman, and his grandparents, Harrison and Maggie Weeks, who doted on him and provided him with love and direction throughout his childhood, had a significant impact on the values that he possessed.

They began instilling in him the principles of religion, honesty, respect, and hard work at a young age, which would continue to mold his character throughout the remainder of his life. Johnny went to Houston County, Georgia, after completing his honorable service in the United States Army.

There, he established Easy Rider Stables and became an active member of the Quarter Horse Association.

He found fulfillment in competing in horse shows and coaching the minor league football and baseball teams that his sons played on. As a result, he became a guide and a friend to a great number of people.

Johnny exemplified dedication and hard work throughout his thirty years of employment at Robins Air Force Base. These are characteristics that identified him both personally and professionally because they were a part of his character.
