A guy who was 53 years old was discovered to have been shot to death inside his home in Bessemer, according to the conclusions of the inquiry that was conducted upon the incident. In the aftermath of the end of an inquiry, the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office arrived at the judgment that Hera Lorenzo Lyons was the one who had passed away.
On Tuesday afternoon, members of Lyons’ family were unable to get in touch with him by phone, which finally resulted in the finding of his corpse. During the time that they were present, one of them discovered Lyons inside the premises, non-responsive.
The exact location of the house was on the 2000 block of 15th Street North. There were none of them missing.
By the time 1:35 p.m. arrived at the location, it was discovered that he had already passed away at the scene. He had a strong hunch that Lyons had been murdered within a day of his discovery, according to an investigator with the Bessemer Police Department called Justin Burmeister. Burmeister stated that he had this strong suspicion.
In order to identify a suspect and understand the reasons that led to the commission of the crime, detectives are continuing their efforts to complete their investigation.
