Memphis police and fire departments are present at the scene following reports of multiple individuals being shot outside the Kroger in Whitehaven.
The Memphis Fire Department informed that ‘multiple’ people sustained gunshot wounds on Friday morning, May 10, 2024, at the Kroger located in the 1200 block of E. Shelby Dr., near Elvis Presley Blvd.
Both MPD and MFD were unable to confirm the precise number of victims or their conditions.
Investigators are currently at the scene, and further details regarding the incident are awaited.
