Several law enforcement agencies are responding to reports following the lockdown at DeSoto High School due to an individual reportedly bringing a gun onto campus.
As per a student at the scene, a boy was assaulted, prompting him to call his brother who then arrived at the school armed with a gun.
Police officers are currently at the scene conducting an investigation.
