RICHMOND, VA – A fatal shooting in Richmond’s East End on Friday evening has led to the arrest of a Henrico County man, who is now facing murder charges. At approximately 6:11 p.m. on March 28, Richmond Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of Coalter Street.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 63-year-old Darnell Christian lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Emergency responders transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
