Berlin Township, Ohio – A devastating accident occurred on Sunday afternoon in Erie County, resulting in the tragic loss of 27-year-old Ryan Tinkham. The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) confirmed the incident, which took place shortly after 2 p.m. on Bellamy Road in Berlin Township.
