Luis Caceras Obituary, Death – Fatal Hit-and-Run Incident in Waterbury Claims Life of 37-Year-Old Bicyclist
A tragic hit-and-run incident occurred in Waterbury on September 25, resulting in the death of 37-year-old Luis Caceras. Glory Sanchez, 32, has been charged in connection with the fatal accident.
According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police Department, Sanchez faces multiple charges, including evading responsibility in an accident involving a death, criminal misrepresentation, and failure to renew her vehicle registration.
The incident took place at around 6 a.m. on Cooke and Grove Streets, where Caceras was found in critical condition. He succumbed to his injuries on October 2.
