Kenny Max White, Devoted Farmer and Community Member, Leaves a Lasting Legacy in Russellville

The Russellville community is mourning the loss of Kenny Max White, a dedicated member who passed away on October 3, 2024, at his home. White was known for his unwavering commitment to agriculture and his active involvement with the Cattlemen’s Association, which defined his life’s work.

A lifelong passion for farming was evident in every aspect of White’s life, from his early days working on the family farm to his later years as a respected member of the agricultural community. His dedication to the Cattlemen’s Association was a testament to his love for the land and his desire to promote sustainable farming practices.

White was also a valued member of Mt. Hope Baptist Church, where he found strength and guidance in his faith. His unwavering support for loved ones and his strong sense of faith were evident in every aspect of his life, inspiring those around him to live with purpose and compassion.

Survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Kimberly Dawn White, and their children, Chase White (Haley), Hunter White, and Braden Murray, White’s legacy will live on through his family. His grandchildren, Bentley White, Casen White, and Kennadie Keeton, will remember their grandfather’s warmth and guidance.

In addition to his immediate family, White is survived by his mother, Ann White, and his in-laws, Jerry and Dale Grissom, who supported him throughout his life. His sister, Suzann White, and numerous nieces and nephews will also cherish memories of White’s warmth and encouragement.

The family honors White’s memory while recognizing those who preceded him in death, including his father, Gene White, stepfather John Taylor, and grandparents Wyatt and Kathleen Counts, as well as Byrant and Ora White.

A time of visitation has been arranged for Sunday, October 6, 2024, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Spry Memorial Chapel, followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. led by Bro. Billy Wayne White and Bro. Cody Cabaness. Interment will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Mt. Hope.

Serving as pallbearers will be Stevie Gandy, Ben Phillips, Phil Robertson, Kirk Sparks, Randy Arrington, Will Lane, Tyron White, and Jason Skidmore, with O’Neal King and Odell McGuire named as honorary pallbearers.

In lieu of floral tributes, contributions to the Cattlemen’s Association are requested, reflecting the lasting impact of White’s dedication to the farming community. Arrangements are being overseen by Spry Memorial Chapel.

As the community comes together to celebrate White’s life and legacy, his impact on Russellville will be remembered for generations to come. His commitment to agriculture, his faith, and his family will continue to inspire those who knew him, ensuring that his memory lives on in the hearts of all who loved him.
