Angela Wright Death: Beloved Community Member and Fiancée Passes Away Peacefully at 59
Angela Wright, a compassionate and dedicated community member, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the age of 59. Angela, along with her fiancé Ray Coller, had spent the last decade revitalizing their residence and reviving a neglected neighborhood in Cleburne, Texas.
Their property’s transformation became a symbol of renewal and optimism, earning admiration from neighbors and visitors alike. Angela’s passing has left her family, particularly her son Kevin Sampson, facing financial and emotional difficulties.
Angela had chosen to donate her body to science to alleviate the financial burden of funeral expenses for her children. However, due to complications surrounding her death, the donation program was unable to accept her body.
As a result, Kevin is now responsible for her financial obligations, including approximately $8,000 in credit card debt transferred to him as the primary beneficiary. Additionally, Kevin faces unexpected funeral and cremation expenses, including $3,000 for her cremation and transportation costs from Florida to Texas.
To assist the family in covering these unforeseen expenditures, Megan Sampson has organized a fundraiser, currently awaiting its first donation, with a goal of raising $15,000. The Sampson family is seeking support from their community to help lay Angela Wright to rest.
