Don Monteith, a beloved member of the Falcon GT Owners Club of N.S.W. Inc., tragically passed away on July 29 at the age of 80, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication to his family and the club.

Our deepest condolences go out to his wife, Dorelle, their five children, and numerous grandchildren during this difficult time, as they navigate the loss of a truly kind gentleman whose presence will be deeply missed.

Don and Dorelle were married for 39 years and have been valued members of the club since 1997, creating countless memories through their shared passion for the Falcon GT.

Don’s prized possession was his cherished Yellow Ochre XYGT, which he acquired in 1979 and took great pride in, earning him the “Car of the Run” trophy at last year’s club birthday celebration.

Through his car and club activities, Don created many fond memories, and his enthusiasm was contagious, inspiring others to share in his passion.

Don’s kindness and gentle nature made him a beloved figure in the club, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him and enjoying his friendship.

The Falcon GT Owners Club of N.S.W. Inc. has lost a true legend, and his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the memories he created.
