Keith Moore Obituary: Bicyclist killed by vehicle in Long Beach identified

Keith Moore Obituary – Keith Moore, a 42-year-old man riding a bicycle, was tragically killed in Long Beach after being struck by a vehicle. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s office has confirmed his identity.

The incident occurred at around 5:05 a.m. on Friday at the intersection of Seventh Street and Bellflower Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found an unconscious adult male bicyclist lying on the south sidewalk of Seventh Street.

Despite the efforts of the Long Beach Fire Department, the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

The initial investigation suggests that the bicyclist was traveling eastbound in the number three lane of Seventh Street when he was hit from behind by a vehicle traveling in the same direction. The driver of the vehicle stayed at the scene and is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation.

Currently, there is no suspicion of speed, distracted driving, or impaired driving as contributing factors to the collision.
