Andres Fabian Sandoval Garcia Death – Andres Fabian Sandoval Garcia, a 39-year-old resident of Vallejo, was tragically killed during a violent altercation that occurred at Lake Berryessa on Saturday.
The incident resulted in chaos and multiple injuries, with Garcia suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the deputies’ efforts to administer CPR, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The authorities have identified the suspected shooter but have chosen not to disclose their name at this time.
The investigation is being led by the Napa County Sheriff’s Office’s Detective Bureau, with assistance from the Napa County Major Crimes Task Force and other law enforcement agencies.
The individual responsible for the shooting has been detained and is currently receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.
However, for security reasons, their identity and the hospital’s location will not be released until they are booked in.
