Brian Nault Obituary, San Diego, CA, (1982 – 2024) – Death Notice And Visitation

Brian Jeffrey Nault died on March 11, 2024. He was 41 years old and lived in San Diego, California. He was born on June 27, 1982, and grew up in Charlton, Massachusetts. Brian was a cherished son, a great brother, and a great friend. Brian happily served his country in the Navy as an Electronics Technician, which he joined in 2000.

He served his country with honor for six years in the Navy and rose to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class (ET2) on the USS McFaul, which is based in Norfolk, Virginia.

Brian went back to Massachusetts after being in the military and got his degree in marketing at UMass Boston. This led to a successful career at HubSpot, where he worked in both Cambridge, MA, and San Diego, CA. Because of his charm, true determination, and competitive spirit, he won awards like President’s Club for many years in a row.

Brian always made sure to visit his family and friends on the East Coast as often as possible. We will always remember those visits during the holidays and when the Patriots or Red Sox played a game out of the blue. He was a huge sports fan, especially for teams from Boston, where he grew up.

He loved watching or going to Boston sports, but he also liked going to San Diego Padres games every once in a while. Back on the West Coast, he loved the beach and playing volleyball and spike ball with his friends. He also loved going to music festivals, riding his bike along the boardwalk, and living his life to the best.

Brian’s father, David, and stepmother, Cally Nault, as well as his sister Kimberley Anderson and her daughter Jean Foraker, his brother Andrew and his wife Christina Nault and their daughter Bailey Vogt, and his mother, Pamela, and husband, Jason Fontaine, will miss him. He also leaves behind his stepsister Taryn Wenc, stepbrothers Sean, Justin, and Brent Kenneway, their partners, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester, MA 01605 on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm, there will be a service honoring his life. Sometime in the future, a small family ceremony will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA to celebrate Brian’s life.

Everyone who knew Brian will miss his famous “Brian ballcaps,” his friendly smile, and his rough attitude. He was a truly unique guy who touched so many lives in beautiful ways. Keep that Cheshire Cat grin on, Bri! We adore you! Peace be with him.
