Peggy Grafke, 88, of Oskaloosa, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024, in the loving arms of her daughter’s Oskaloosa residence. Peggy Ann Williams Grafke was the beloved daughter of Frank Thomas and Jessie Amy Williams, who were born in Kansas City, Kansas, on July 11, 1935. Peggy was renowned for her grace, kindness, and steadfast love for her family throughout her life.
