Edward R. Hodder Obituary, Death, What Happened To Edward R. Hodder?

Edward R. Hodder, who resided in St. Bernard’s, Newfoundland, and was 81 years old at the time of his untimely death on March 17, 2024, died away in a gentle and unexpected manner. We made the announcement of his departure with a tremendous lot of sorrow in our hearts. Before Edward was born, his parents, Leo and Juanita Hodder, as well as his brothers Walter and Maurice, and his in-laws, Leo and Bridget Farrell, all passed away. Edward was the only child of his parents. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy, as well as his children Wade (and his wife Wendy), Carolyn (and her husband James.

Deanne (and her husband Chesley), and Glen (and his wife Danielle); his grandchildren Ryan (and his wife Paige), Renee (and her husband Alex), Nicholas (and his wife Nicole), Ryder, Rachel, Jamieson, Lucy, and Ben; and his wife Dorothy. He also leaves behind his wife Dorothy. In addition, his brothers Doug (Biney) and Kevin (Elizabeth), as well as his sisters Margaret and Marie (Tom), as well as his in-laws Zita, Rita (Felix), Ray, Austin (Barbara), Johnny (Elaine), and Leo (Doreen), as well as a big group of individuals from his family and friends, are grieving Edward’s passing. He was completely devoted to his family, and he had an incredible amount of love for his grandchildren.

His loyalty to his family was uncompromising. It was when he was out on the water on his boat that he experienced the most genuine sort of fulfilment. Everyone who had the honor of knowing Ed will carry his memory with them forever in their thoughts and hearts. His presence will be sorely missed by all of us. Her family moved to Maple Street in Hudson Falls when she was a very small child. She went to the old high school on Main Street, where she graduated with the class of 1936. Her family moved there when she was quite little. Our mother, Lulumae, was a person who looked forward to a good challenge and was obsessed with achieving her goals.

The entirety of her life was committed to educating herself by completing studies and engaging in considerable reading. At the same time, she was responsible for raising a family of eight children. In addition to her wonderful appearance, she was also a stunning person on the inside. She was a stunning individual.

When she was a young housewife and mother of three children, she worked in Glens Falls as a maid and a housekeeper. She made her living in Glens Falls. The birth of five more children and the move to Burgoyne Avenue in Hudson Falls brought about a state of constant change in her life. Her life was in a state of motion.

The fact that she had all of the children from the neighborhood in her house made the search for her eight children substantially more challenging than it would have been otherwise. A nice experience for individuals who lived in Burgoyne was the fact that they were raised in a house that was never quiet.

When Lulumae relocated to Maple Street in 1960, she did so because it was both her dream and her “lucky charm” to fulfill her dream. Having successfully finished the “Dale Carnegie Course,” Lu was able to enhance her performance by putting the principles that she learned into practice for herself. She was able to win any award that was offered by the firms that she worked for, ranging from a modest gold cup to a vacation to Hawaii, because she worked in sales. She was able to progress to management positions on a constant basis from her position in sales.
