Officers are currently present at Piedmont Hills High School in response to a complaint that an adult male evaded police for a request for service that was unrelated to the event. The complaint stated that the man may have made his way onto school grounds after jumping multiple fences. The adult male may have arrived at the school grounds, which prompted the complaint that was filed in response to the circumstances. As a direct consequence of this report to the authorities, officers are currently present at the school because of the situation.
As of right now, the school has already started the process of sanitation, and it has been activated to take shelter in place. All of the authorities responsible for law enforcement are already present at the current location. At this point in time, there have been no reports of injuries, threats, or weapons being used.
