The death of Misti Dawn Morris, who resided in Rolla, Missouri, occurred on Friday, January 12, 2024, at the age of 48. She had been battling a heart disease that was incurable for the past eight years. Her parents, Dale Peck and Dixie (Yowell) Peck, welcomed her into the world on May 8th, 1975 in Rolla, Missouri. Mother Dixie Peck, daughter Cierra Earney, niece Bobbi Jo Newkirk, and nephew Stephen Baker all passed away before Misti.
Misti was the last surviving member of her immediate family. It was a pleasure for Misti to spend time with her family and to prepare meals. In addition, she relished the opportunity to visit destinations such as Lake of the Ozarks and Branson, Florida. More than everything else, she cherished spending time with her granddaughter, Briar.
It was her granddaughter and her two sons who brought her the most joy in life. Misti will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes: her father, Dale Peck of Rolla, MO; two sons, Austin Earney and fiancée, Elizabeth Schweitzer of IL and Justin Earney and fiancée, Molly Sybert of Rolla, MO; two brothers, Terry Baker and wife, Debra of St.
