Ernie” C. Henderson, Ernest “Ernie” 12th of January, 2024 On Friday, January 12, 2024, Ernest C. “Ernie” Henderson, who resided in Liverpool and was 57 years old, passed away. LaVerne and Doretta Henderson welcomed their son into the world on December 5th, 1966. When Ernie was employed with POMCO Insurance Company, he spent eleven years working as a Customer Service Representative.
In addition to being a member of Northside Baptist Church, he was a graduate of Liverpool High School, who graduated with the class of 1985. He also attended Onondaga Community College. Baseball and Pop Warner football in Phoenix, New York were two of Ernie’s favourite activities, and he also enjoyed working with children in the neighbourhood.
The sports teams of Syracuse University, the New York Giants football team, and the New York Yankees were all very important to him.
The band “KISS” was his favourite, and he had a strong enthusiasm for playing the drums. He also enjoyed visiting to yard sales and flea markets with his brother Fran, but the thing that he valued the most was spending time with his family and friends. The Henderson family, which included his brother Michael Henderson and his parents LaVerne and Doretta Henderson, passed away before him.
His brother, Francis J. Henderson, who is married to Stephanie Doty and resides in Clay, as well as his nieces and nephews, including Tim and Sarah Henderson, Mary Wilder and Mike Northup, Adam and Jess Henderson, Jeremy and Danielle Henderson, and a large number of great nieces and nephews, are among those who miss him.
On Thursday, January 18, 2024, the Maurer Funeral Home Moyers Corners, located at 3541 State Route 31, Baldwinsville, New York 13027, will be open for visitation from five o’clock in the afternoon until seven o’clock in the evening. The funeral ceremony will take place at seven o’clock. Pine Plains Cemetery in Clay, New York will be the location of the private burial.
