Esther Christine Cook Clawson Obituary, Death And Funeral Visitation

Clawson, Esther Christine Cook, and Sherry 7th of April, 1973 to 6th of January, 2024 Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend Esther Christine Cook Clawson passed away suddenly on January 6, 2024, at the age of fifty. She was a member of our family for many years. Her parents, Marilyn (Hamilton) and Garold Eugene Cook, welcomed her into the world on April 7th, 1973.

In Riverton, Utah, Esther spent her childhood. Southland Elementary School, Oquirrh Middle School, and Bingham High School were the educational institutions that she attended. Brice Clawson was someone she met while she was a student at Bingham High. Wed on March 30th, 1991 in South Jordan, Utah, they became husband and wife. It had been 29 years since Brice and Esther had tied the knot.

They eventually divorced, but they continued to be friends. Cameron and Cearra were lucky enough to be born to Brice and Esther, who were blessed with two children. Esther discovered that being a wife and a mother brought her a great deal of satisfaction. Her commitment to her family was unwavering, and she and Brice were their children’s most ardent advocates in every facet of their life.

She was devoted to her family. She was a wonderful mother who prioritised her two children above all else. She cherished them and was so pleased to tell anyone about them. She saw them as one of her most significant achievements and was delighted to tell others about them. She tried to spend as much time as she could with them every day. In order to attend a number of her children’s baseball and softball games, she travelled throughout the state.

Whenever she wasn’t cheering them on at a sporting event, she was camping with her family out in the wilderness. Her marriage resulted in the birth of two additional children, MarShelle and Melissa, and she was overjoyed and proud of this fact. Even though they were her in-laws, she never treated them any differently than she would her own family.
Kaycee Christine and Raylie Jae were Esther’s two grandchildren, and they were a special blessing for her.

Having the opportunity to be a grandmother was another one of her greatest joys in life, in addition to the delight of being a mother. Her grandchildren were the objects of her affection. Taking the girls out to the movies or shopping, having them over for sleepovers, going for walks in the park, making crafts, going out to dine and finding a variety of other enjoyable activities to do together were some of Esther’s favourite things to do with them.

The time that Esther had available was spent with her family whenever she had a spare moment. On a regular basis, she would organise activities that would bring together members of the family and even extended family. The activities that her family has loved throughout the years include going camping, riding RZRs, playing in the water, having weekly meals, and going to concerts featuring country music. Even more so in the most recent few years, Esther’s passion for travelling has only grown.

Lava Hot Springs, Island Park, Disneyland, Washington, District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Flaming Gorge, which was one of her favourite places to camp, were among the places that she enjoyed visiting over the course of her life. She delighted in being able to take a drink in her hand while lounging in the sun on a beach. It was just last year that she embarked on a cruise to Mexico, during which she travelled to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo, and Cancun, among other Caribbean destinations.
