Let me introduce myself; my name is RayAnne Gauna, and I am Kyrie’s auntie (tt). Kyrie’s parents, Angeleena Gauna and Brendan Vlach, are her older sister. Kyrie is their daughter.” Born on October 14th, 2023, Kyrie was a wonderful soul when she was born. His parents, his family, and everyone else in the neighbourhood have a great amount of love for him because he was a happy, loving, and sweet newborn boy.
The greatest nightmare that a parent could have ever imagined became a terrible reality on January 4th, 2024. A few minutes after being put to bed, it was discovered that baby Kyrie was unresponsive. He was able to gain his wings and be called home to the Lord, despite the efforts of his parents and the emergency workers who went to his aid. There is never a time when a parent is ready to bury their kid. When I think of the suffering and sorrow that Angeleena and Brendan are experiencing, I can’t even begin to fathom it.
Being a witness to something that is so painful and knowing that there is nothing that will alleviate that agony is extremely heartbreaking. Even though we are having a hard time comprehending the reasons behind this, we choose to treasure the time that we were able to spend with him and keep him dear to our hearts. I have started this GoFundMe page in the hope of assisting in the alleviation of the financial burden that this tragedy has caused.
We would be honoured to pay tribute to Kyrie and provide him with the wonderful homecoming that he so well deserves. In addition, assist his parents with any bills that may arise along the road, so that they can concentrate on navigating through this grief process as their primary priority.
