On Monday, January 1, 2024, Jay Graham, who was sixty years old and lived in Gatesville, passed suddenly. Following the celebration of life services that will be place at Trinity Baptist Church in Gatesville on Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., there will be a family fellowship and visitation in the fellowship hall of the church.
The 16th of September, 1963 found Jason Paul Graham being brought into the world in Gatesville, Texas by his parents, Charles and Linda Dorsey Graham. He attended Gatesville High School and received his diploma in 1982. He was born and raised in Gatesville. Baylor University, which is located in Waco, Texas, is where he earned his bachelor’s graduation.
Jay worked with Huckabee Inc. for a significant amount of time, acting as a construction supervisor for the construction of a number of schools located all over the state of Texas.
One of Jay’s favourite things to do was to tend to his cattle while he was joined by his reliable dog, Ruby. Participating in his children’s sporting events, music recitals, fishing trips, and spending time with his family were all activities that he looked forward to.
Before he passed away, his mother, Linda Graham, had already passed away. Jay is survived by his wife, Janet; his sons Damon and his wife Jennifer, Jared, and Jackson; his daughter, Ava; eleven grandkids; his father, Charles Graham; his sister, Lisbeth Appelman and her husband, Todd; and a large number of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
