In a heart-wrenching incident early Thursday morning, a woman lost her life after being struck by a train along Currey Road near the Nashville International Airport. The victim, identified as 34-year-old Alicia Lesch from South Nashville, was alone when the unfortunate incident occurred.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the incident unfolded along a section of track that curved near the Seven Oaks neighborhood.
