He left an indelible mark on the lives of students, coworkers, and anyone else who came into contact with him throughout the course of the subsequent four years by contributing his unshakable dedication to the safety and well-being of the community at Cedar Grove Elementary School.
His excellent character and the warmth he brought to every conversation are both things that those who had the luxury of knowing Tom Hedges can attest to.
