Linda Courtney Obituary, A Fond Farewell to a Beloved Lady Linda Courtney

With hearts heavy with grief, we share the poignant news of the passing of our dear Linda Courtney. A beacon of warmth and kindness, Linda departed from our midst last night, leaving a void that can only be filled with the cherished memories of her loving spirit.

Linda was more than just a presence; she was a source of joy and comfort to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her passing is felt deeply by a community that admired her for the remarkable person she was — sweet, wonderful, and dearly loved by everyone.

To pay respects and celebrate Linda’s life, her visitation will be held on Wednesday, the 27th, at 1 pm at Pine Street Baptist Church in Winnsboro, TX. Friends, family, and well-wishers are invited to gather and share in the memories that illuminate the beauty of Linda’s soul.

The funeral service, a time for reflection and farewell, will follow the visitation at 2 pm. It is an occasion to honor Linda’s life, to express gratitude for the joy she brought into our lives, and to find solace in the shared memories that will forever linger in our hearts.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to any Lou Gehrig’s disease research foundation. This compassionate gesture reflects Linda’s spirit of generosity even beyond her time with us. By supporting ALS research, we continue Linda’s legacy of kindness, contributing to the ongoing efforts to understand, treat, and ultimately conquer this challenging disease.

As we navigate the profound sadness of Linda’s passing, let us come together to celebrate the love she gave, the joy she shared, and the indelible mark she left on our lives. In honoring her memory, may we also find comfort in the knowledge that Linda’s spirit will forever shine in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know her. #lougehrigsdisease #ALS
