Julie Naylor Obituary, DeathÂ
The life of Julie Michelle Naylor came to an end on Sunday, December 17th, 2023, at Ninewells Hospital. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Those fortunate enough to have known her will always hold fond memories of her and the affection she left behind. Julie was an adoring and dedicated grandma to Antonia, as well as a doting mother to Julianna and Anthony.
Her home was a haven of warmth and care for the people she loved, and her love and support were constants in her life. In the company of her cherished siblings—Heather, Lois, Caroline, and Nadine—Julie gave happiness and companionship.
She was a wonderful great-aunt and aunt who was always happy to see her extended family and had nothing but good things to say about them. She treasured her family relationships deeply, and it showed in the closeness of her relationships with her relatives.
Julie’s compassion, generosity, and kindness affected many others beyond her immediate circle of acquaintances. In moments of joy and grief, she was there as a true friend, and those who were lucky enough to call her friend will miss her dearly.
On Friday, December 29, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., a memorial service honoring Julie’s life will be conducted at Perth Crematorium. To celebrate Julie’s life and share the memories that will forever hold her in their hearts, the family invites all friends and relatives to join them.
The family respectfully requests that guests wear casual attire in remembrance of Julie’s easygoing personality and the welcoming attitude that she embodied. In due course, we will provide a live stream link so that those who are unable to attend in person can still enjoy the festivities from the convenience of their own homes.
On behalf of Julie’s family, we ask that, instead of flowers, a retiring collection be made upon exiting the crematorium. The money collected will be sent to the Cornhill Macmillan Centre. She will be remembered for the unique purpose that her gesture will support.
There will never be anyone to fill the hole that Julie’s leaving has created, but those lucky enough to have known her will always remember her. Her loved ones may take comfort in the memories they had with her, and she may finally rest in peace.
