A sad accident involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) took the life of Landis Carr, a much-loved member of the community, and Rogersville is in mourning over his untimely passing.
It was Landis’s presence that brought joy to the lives of those who were fortunate enough to be in his immediate vicinity. His enthusiasm for life and his spirit of adventure were defining characteristics of his personality, which made him a friend to a great number of people and a source of happiness for those he loved.
