It is with a heavy heart that the family of William James Christie announces his peaceful passing on December 13th, 2023, at a Nursing Home. William, a resident of 23 Boyland Road, Ballymoney, was the dearly loved husband of Maureen and a much-loved father to Stephen, Valerie, Colin, Gary, and Adrian.
He held a special place in the hearts of his family, being a devoted granda and great granda. His memory will forever be cherished by those who knew him.
William’s legacy extends beyond his immediate family, encompassing dear relationships with his siblings. He was a beloved brother to Charles, Desmond, Julienne, Hall, Raymond, Maurice, and Thomas.
Additionally, he held a special place in the hearts of his extended family, being a dear brother-in-law and uncle.
A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate William’s life is scheduled for Saturday at 12:30 pm in All Saints Parish Church, Loughguile. Following the service, William will find his final resting place in the adjoining churchyard. The family requests that the privacy of their home be respected during this difficult time.
