To All of My Family and Friends, Our dearly loved father, Bruce Taylor, passed away earlier this morning, and it is with a sad heart that we share the news of his passing with friends and family. The difficult month that he spent in the hospital came to an end when he passed away quietly.
He had been battling renal failure and had undergone a long operation to restore blood flow to his right leg. In the course of our lives, Bruce was a rock of support, a wellspring of motivation, and a shining example of pure love.
Everyone who had the honour of knowing him was profoundly impacted by his unflinching support, unflinching compassion, and unflinching wisdom. We take comfort in the memories we spent with him and the significant influence he had on our lives, even as we go through the process of mourning the loss of such a great soul.
My brother Douglas Taylor and I are now working on the organisation of memorial services to honour and celebrate the life of our father. These ceremonies will take place in the following weeks.
These memorial ceremonies will take place not long after the holidays, giving us the opportunity to come together and reflect on the extraordinary individual that Bruce was. We are really grateful for your support, thoughts, and prayers as we work our way through this challenging period.
