Pat (Patricia Ann Taberner), who had served as a resident of Harewood Lane, Upton for a significant amount of time, passed away recently. Her departure will leave us with heavy hearts, and we are sorry to have to break the news to you. On Thursday, November 30th, at the age of 78, she passed away calmly and serenely at the Laurels. In addition to being an adoring wife to Eric, compassion and kindness had an impact on the lives number of people who were not inside her close circle of family.
She was not only a beloved mother to Carolyn, Eric, Janice, and Paul, but she also left behind a legacy of love that will be remembered by those who had the good fortune to have shared her life with them. All of her grandchildren, including William, Luke, Jack, Tara, Harry, and Megan, were fortunate to have her loving presence in their lives. Additionally, her great-grandchildren, Elai and Alayna, were fortunate to have had her loving touch.
Pat will be warmly remembered by those who were closest to her with affection because she was kind, kind, and loved without conditions.
Those who are grieving her death will find comfort in the love that she shared with others and the memories that she left behind, even though her passing has caused a void that cannot be filled. On Wednesday, December 20th, at 11.4 o’clock in the morning, a funeral service celebrating Pat’s life will be conducted at Pontefract Crematorium.
His family and friends will be present to pay their respects. As an alternative to sending flowers, Pat’s family would be grateful for any contributions made in her honor to Dementia UK, an organization to which she had a strong commitment.
On the way to the conclusion of the event, you will come across a collecting box. After the funeral, Eric and the Taberner family extend an invitation to anybody who knew Pat to join them at the Crows Nest in Upton for some refreshments.
They will be warmly welcomed into the establishment. This get-together is being held with the intention of paying tribute to the memories of an individual who lived life to the fullest by listening to stories and exchanging words of wisdom.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could use the area provided below to express your sympathies or words of support to Pat’s family during this trying time.
