Jason Bartling’s untimely death has left a void that will be profoundly regretted by everyone who were fortunate enough to have known and worked with the esteemed Alberta Screen Industry member. Following his passing, the industry has been rocked. Many popular Albertan TV shows, including Heartland, Ghostbusters, Fragglerock, and Togo, relied on Jason’s expertise as a construction coordinator.
Jason was beloved by many in the Calgary film business; he was more than just a colleague. Everyone who had the honor of collaborating with him remembers him as stunningly handsome and exceptionally gifted in his field. He was an integral part of the film industry due to his infectious smile, positive attitude, and unwavering dedication to his work.
His impact extended beyond the realm of filming. Jason leaves behind two young children, a family he talked fondly of, and friends who cherished his tolerance, kindness, generosity, and generosity. In the wake of this tragedy, the community comes together to provide support to Jason’s family.
