Juanita Mosley Obituary, A Life Well-Lived

On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, Juanita Proctor Mosley, a cherished spirit who had a profound impact on the lives of a great number of people, died away in a calm and serene manner at the age of 94.

Juanita Proctor was the daughter of Henry Clay Proctor and Mary Elizabeth Walston, both of whom passed away before her birth on April 7, 1929 in Wilson County, North Carolina. Resilience, love, and a great feeling of community were four characteristics that characterized her life.

While Juanita was on her voyage, she experienced both happiness and sadness. She had to say goodbye to her husband, Grady Glocy Mosley, as well as all five of her siblings. She embraced life with unflinching courage and elegance, despite the challenges that she struggled with.

Furthermore, Juanita’s legacy stretches beyond the confines of her family. She was well-known for her charity and kindness, and she was thought of as a pillar of strength within her community. All of those who had the good fortune to know her were touched by her kind and caring character, which made her an endearing person.

Over the course of her 94 years, Juanita was able to see the progression of the globe, and the stories she told presented a vivid picture of days gone by. Those who had the honor of accompanying her on her journey were left with an everlasting impression thanks to the immense amount of knowledge she had gained over the course of her whole life.

As we say our goodbyes to Juanita Proctor Mosley, we will keep her in our thoughts and celebrate the indelible mark she left on the people whose lives she touched. We pray that her memory may serve as a source of motivation and solace for all those who are grieving her loss.
