Patricia Lee Sauls Kidd, who was 68 years old and lived in West Oneida, died away unexpectedly on December 1, 2023, at the Big South Fork Medical Center. Her passing left an unforgettable impact on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Patricia Sauls Evans was the daughter of Eva Sauls and William Evans, both of whom passed away before her birth on October 26, 1955 in Scott County, Tennessee. As a devoted wife, mother, and nanny, Patricia’s life was characterized by the roles that she played in her life.
Because she was a member of the Leatherwood Baptist Church, where her beautiful voice was a part of the choir, she discovered that her religion brought her both consolation and joy.
Her love for her family was boundless, but her two grandchildren were the ones who had a particular place in her heart and were the very center of her world. Her love for her family extended beyond all boundaries.
After suffering the death of members of her immediate family, such as her parents and her father and mother-in-law, Aunton and Hester Miller Kidd, Patricia was able to tackle the hardships that life presented with a strong and resilient attitude.
Her three brothers-in-law, Kelly Kidd, Billy Perkins, and Earl “Buddy” Yates, as well as her three sisters-in-law, Judy Kidd, Diane Robbins, and Joyce Munoz, all passed away before her. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Furthermore, the absence of her nephews, Tracey Perkins and Billy Earl Perkins, has created a hole in her relationship with her family.
The memories of Patricia’s unflinching love, her passion for singing, and the warmth she offered to everyone around her will ensure that her legacy will go on forever. In spite of the fact that the community is in mourning over her unexpected passing, Patricia will definitely be remembered as a rock of resilience, commitment, and affection.
