Santana’s passenger, 31-year-old Rocio Sanchez, was transported in critical condition to Advocate Christ Hospital but did not survive. The driver of the Hyundai Palisade, a 29-year-old man, was hospitalized in fair condition at Advocate Christ Hospital.
Three passengers in the Palisade also sustained injuries: a 20-year-old woman in unknown condition, a 32-year-old woman in fair condition, and a 17-year-old girl in fair condition. No additional injuries were reported.
