Washington Township, Ohio – A tragic crash involving a school bus in Brown County has claimed the life of 47-year-old Shawn Wisby, leaving two students hospitalized with minor injuries. The incident occurred on Sunday at 7:38 p.m. at the intersection of SR-32 and Sardinia Mowrystown Road.

According to authorities, Wisby’s Mazda SUV was traveling eastbound on SR-32 when it veered off the left side of the road, crossed the median, and collided head-on with an International school bus heading west. The bus was driven by 46-year-old Julie Ann Williamson from Mt. Orab.

Tragically, Wisby was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision. Despite the best efforts of first responders, Wisby was pronounced dead at the scene.
