Oceanside, CA – The Oceanside Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing and vulnerable 11-year-old boy, Carter Jackson. He was last seen on November 5, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. on the 2000 block of California Street.

DESCRIPTION OF CARTER JACKSON

– Age: 11
– Height: 5’6″
– Weight: 100 pounds
– Eye Color: Blue
– Hair Color: Dirty Blonde
– Last Seen Wearing: Black pants, black shoes, black cap, and a black/white shirt

CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
