The PPB received a call regarding gunfire in the 4500 block of Northeast 20th Avenue, and upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered Batista-Guzman unresponsive in a vehicle and pronounced him dead.

According to PPB reports, witnesses indicated that several suspects fled the area before law enforcement arrived. As a result, no arrests have been made at this time.
