Patricia J. (Luft) Kasbohm, affectionately known as Patty, passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 59, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Escanaba, Michigan, on April 17, 1965, Patty embodied the resilience and charm of her Yooper upbringing.

As the Director of Operations for Community Based Services at Hope Network, Patty led with compassion and dedication, touching the lives of countless individuals and creating a supportive community. Her legacy extends far beyond her professional accomplishments, as she was a mentor and inspiration to many.

Patty’s interests and passions were diverse, ranging from reading and golfing to cheering on the Green Bay Packers. She delighted in traveling and seeking out the best Fourth of July fireworks displays, reflecting her sense of awe and joy.

Friends and family are gathering to celebrate Patty’s life, honoring her memory and legacy. Prayer services will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Pederson Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Flat Rock Cemetery.
