Following his high school graduation, Dustin began his career with American Medical Response (AMR) in the Santa Clarita Region. His time with AMR showcased his expertise and compassion in emergency medical care, laying the foundation for a distinguished career in firefighting and paramedicine.

In 2016, Dustin advanced his career by joining West Metro Fire & Rescue. During his tenure, he refined his firefighting skills and made significant contributions to his community. His involvement with the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 1309 demonstrated his commitment to both his profession and his colleagues, reflecting his active role in union activities and support for fellow firefighters.

Dustin’s journey continued with the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACoFD) in June 2020. Stationed at Fire Station 93 in East Palmdale, he served as a firefighter and paramedic, delivering critical emergency services and protecting the residents of East Palmdale.
