Judy Foster, Jessica Bowman Obituary, Death News – Judy Foster, 70, Jessica Bowman, 26, Chase Bowman, 30, and Joseph Clites, 48, Identified as Victims of Plant City House Fire; Shawn Gossett Charged with Four Counts of First-Degree Murder.

Judy Foster, 70, Jessica Bowman, 26, Chase Bowman, 30, and Joseph Clites, 48, have been identified as the four individuals who lost their lives in a house fire in Plant City on Wednesday morning. The fire was allegedly started by Shawn Gossett, who was reportedly upset with the victims.

According to court records, Gossett was angry with the victims because they were speaking ill of his father and refused to allow him to return to his father’s residence. Gossett initially claimed that he accidentally started the fire while playing with a lighter, but later confessed that he intentionally set the fire.

Gossett stated that he wanted to frighten the victims into allowing him to leave the residence, but he did not intend to harm anyone. However, his actions resulted in the tragic loss of four innocent lives. Three dogs also perished in the fire.

Gossett faces multiple charges, including four counts of first-degree murder in connection with arson, three counts of aggravated animal cruelty, and one count of arson of a dwelling. Sheriff Chad Chronister described the incident as a senseless and horrific crime.

As news of the victims’ passing spread, friends and family took to social media to express their condolences and share memories of their lives. The community is shocked and saddened by the sudden loss of Foster, Bowman, Bowman, and Clites.

The incident has raised concerns about safety in the community, particularly regarding arson and intentional acts of violence. The sheriff’s office is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward and assist in the investigation.

As the investigation continues, the community is coming together to support the families of the victims during this difficult time. A candlelight vigil is being organized to honor their memories and provide a space for loved ones to grieve.

In addition to the vigil, a fundraising campaign has been set up to support the families with funeral expenses and other needs. The community is rallying around the families to show support and solidarity.

The incident has also raised concerns about the welfare of vulnerable individuals, particularly those who may be at risk of exploitation or harm. The sheriff’s office is working to address these concerns and ensure that the community feels safe.
