A 1994 Ford Ranger, driven by Jessie Robbins, 73, was traveling southbound and attempted to avoid the collision by swerving but was ultimately hit by the Chevrolet on the roadside.
The Chevrolet continued southbound and collided with a tree, resulting in the tragic loss of Joshua Bertram’s life. His passenger, also from Kentucky, sustained injuries and was wearing a seatbelt during the crash, unlike Bertram. The passenger’s current condition remains undisclosed.
