Carly Walsh, John Walsh Obituary – Essex County OPP has disclosed the identities of four family members involved in an ongoing death inquiry in Harrow. The deceased, all residents of Harrow, have been named as:
– Carly Walsh, aged 41
– John Walsh, aged 42
– Madison Walsh, aged 13
– Hunter Walsh, aged eight
Authorities have confirmed that they were all part of the same family. The circumstances surrounding their deaths are still being investigated. A large number of individuals attended a vigil on Sunday evening in Harrow. Friends paid tribute to the mother as a community stalwart during the vigil at the Harrow Soccer Complex, with one speaker highlighting her significance to Harrow Minor Soccer.
Although the cause of death has not been determined, investigators believe there is no immediate danger to public safety. The Essex OPP launched the investigation on June 20 after being asked to check on the well-being of an individual at the residence, which led to the discovery of the fatalities.
The Essex County OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation under the guidance of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, with support from OPP Forensic Identification Services, in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
