The second individual who was fatally shot in south Columbus has been identified by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office.
Reginald Purnell, a 48-year-old man, succumbed to gunshot wounds on Tuesday morning. Previously, the first victim was named as Darrell Walker, aged 45.
Both Walker and Purnell were discovered inside a residence on Seymour Avenue, near Deshler Park, at approximately 10 a.m. The coroner’s office confirmed their deaths shortly after medics arrived at the scene.
