T’Montez Hurt Missing: 19-Year-Old Missouri Western State University Student Reported Missing –

T’Montez Hurt, a 19-year-old freshman at Missouri Western State University, has been reported missing since February 1st, sparking widespread concern and a desperate search effort.

Hurt, a native of St. Louis, was visiting Kansas City with a friend when he made a distressing phone call to his grandmother, Tecona Donald-Sullivan, at 3 a.m. Donald-Sullivan, alarmed by her grandson’s worried and scared tone, promptly contacted the Kansas City police.

Hurt was taken to Saint Luke’s Hospital for assessment and was released after a few hours of observation. He then took a Z Trip Taxi to the Greyhound bus station, but unfortunately, the station was closed when he arrived, and he left his phone in the taxi.

Surveillance footage showed Hurt attempting to re-enter the taxi and then walking south from the station. He was last seen at 77th Street and Troost Avenue, and despite numerous efforts, he has been missing for four months.

A $1,500 reward has been offered for any information on Hurt’s whereabouts, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Missing Person Unit is urging anyone with information to come forward.
