Sandra J. Gapa Death – A fatal collision involving two vehicles took place on Thursday, resulting in the death of a 64-year-old woman. The incident occurred at approximately 3 p.m. at the junction of Knowlesville Road and State Route 104 in Ridgeway, Orleans County, as stated by the New York State Police.
Sandra J. Gapa, a resident of Lyndonville, New York, was driving northbound on Knowlesville Road at the time of the accident.
Upon reaching the intersection with State Route 104, Gapa came to a halt at a stop sign before proceeding into the intersection.
Unfortunately, her vehicle was struck by another vehicle traveling westbound on State Route 104. Tragically, Gapa lost her life at the scene, as confirmed by the troopers.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
