Boris Josue Bonilla Obituary

Boris Josue Bonilla was tragically killed in a crash on the inner loop of I-495 at around 3 a.m. on Wednesday morning, as confirmed by his family. A GoFundMe campaign has been initiated by his family to assist his mother with the funeral expenses.

Described as a remarkable individual who impacted the lives of those around him, Bonilla was remembered as a cherished son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend.

Maryland State Police troopers from the Rockville Barrack promptly responded to the incident, which involved a 2005 Honda Accord colliding with a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and a 2007 Honda Civic while merging onto I-495 from southbound Georgia Avenue at Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland.

The drivers of all three vehicles and two passengers in the Civic were taken to the hospital for treatment, while the passenger in the Accord tragically lost his life.

The inner loop of Interstate 495 was shut down for several hours, with assistance provided by Montgomery County Police and the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration for road closures. The Maryland State Police Crash Team is spearheading the investigation to determine the cause of the crash.

In light of this heartbreaking loss, a heartfelt plea has been made through the fundraiser to help cover the funeral expenses for Boris Josue Bonilla. The family expressed their deep sorrow over his passing and the unexpected financial burden of arranging a fitting memorial service.

Donations are being sought to support his aunt in honoring Bonilla’s memory and bidding him a final farewell. Any contributions would be sincerely appreciated by the family during this difficult time.
