Lisandro Santos Obituary:
The young man who tragically lost his life in Tulare County due to a suspected drunk driver has been identified as 21-year-old Lisandro Santos, who was on the brink of celebrating his 22nd birthday in just over a week.
To assist with the funeral costs, Santos’ family has established a GoFundMe page.
According to the CHP, Santos was traveling on Highway 99 close to Betty Drive when 20-year-old Saul Armenta entered the highway in the wrong direction, resulting in a head-on collision between their vehicles. Armenta sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
