Virginia “Jenny” Huff, a much-loved member of the Rockford community, passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 74. The community is in mourning at the loss of this cherished member.
Jenny, who was born on March 26, 1950, was the youngest of her siblings. She discovered her vocation as a nurse and devoted the first 33 years of her life to providing care for other people.
The work that she did was more than just a profession; it was a passion that offered her a great deal of satisfaction since it allowed her to have a positive influence on the lives of the people she treated. In addition to the things she accomplished in her professional life, Jenny’s faith was an important part of her life.
She was a devout Christian who spent her spare time spreading the gospel of Jesus to others. She exemplified the principles of love and compassion in everything that she did.
The devotion that Jenny felt for her family extended beyond her religious beliefs and professional endeavors.
Her family lovingly referred to her as “Mom,” “Aunty Chick,” and “Grandma Jenny.” She cherished every moment she spent with her son, grandchildren, sister, nieces, and extended family members, and she relished the opportunity to spend time with her loved ones every single day.
